I routinly run 10 watts to a 2 foot dish on 10 GHz. That's approximately 10,000 watts ERP. For a few years I had a 10 GHz beacon on a 48 db gain antenna. An out of service AT&T KS horn. At 10 watts t
Partial copy of SAQ here in NC. I believe this is the first time I've received the July SAQ transmission. Will review the recording and post results. Dex
Gerhard, The 2000 Hz I was referring to is the center frequency beat note produced by an on frequency signal. I find it a bit hard to copy CW at that frequency. Actually 1000 Hz is my preferred tone
Reviewing the audio I recorded I find no worthwhile copy to report. I wish I had been better prepared. I should have used the SDR-IQ to record instead of the W/G SPM-19 which produces a 2000 Hz note.
Well, he broke so many rules that I wouldn't climb with him even on the smaller towers I've done here in the UK ! That's the reason the other bloke's face is blurred on the video. Dex

I'll be back on that frequency on Wedneday. From your pictures, it looks like there's some QRM on 136.3180kHz. Your frequency is fine. I know what the 136.3180 line is and can eliminate it. Dex
