I wonder you had the cyrillic estension instead of the classic pdf as I seen :-)

I guess you should try to right click on the files icon from the web page and then choose "save target in.. "

Yes it a beast.. is a double Decca or if you prefer a 2x2 Andy's 137 700w tx.
Considering the fireworks I produced from my ATU when checked on real antenna instead of the dummy load the Andy's PA... I guess the Roman version should be tested tomorrow night ! :-)))
