bombastic signal again, easily decoded after the first partial transmission.

Maybe the over-eager watchdog also had a beneficial side: By protecting VO1NA's transmission slots, Joe could be decoded here every single hour:

Last night something went wrong. The first message started at 01:30, the last one at 05:30 UTC. The watchdog actually seems to cut off after 33 minutes. Seems it was adjusted for OP32 messages in the past. So probably the last 30 % of the message is cut.
A higher challenge for those who will try to decode the message.
