Hi Jean-Pierre,

we are using an old version of .WSPR-X, v0.8 r3058 It seems to work well on most PC's but some (like Paul's) have experienced irregular behavior and crashes. Domenico IZ7SLZ has found a way to run the improved wspr decoder from WSJT-X with 15 minute settings under the WSPR-X, by replacing wsprd.exe and a few dll libraries. Details can be found in recent posts on this reflector, which are also in the archive

Different symptom but no go. It ran for a few minutes then froze. I
had to end it with task manager. Rebooted system, restarted WSPR-X,
it ran for a few minutes and froze.

All the other apps I run will go weeks without a single glitch or
system reboot but WSPR-X just won't run on this system for whatever
reason.
