hi LF I still have to correct the frequency 137.480 khz do I have to correct again so as not to disturb?

Hi Luis, Markus, LF

Yes, Luis. Like Markus said, you're using a wrong position to change the phase.
With Tony IK1HGI, we have tested a solution to produce a correct BPSK modulation using a G0MRF PA schematic. Here's the link to Tony's website page, that explained clearly what to do:

In short, the XOR operation must be carried out after the x2 stage (D-ff, CD4013) simultaneously on Q and Q denied signals.

All the best

Hi Markus, EbNaut

It was me, with 80w from the D class PA

I'm producing 180° phase shifts with xor at 2x the frequency to feed the PA. So it seems that the PA do also reduce phase shifts to half :(

Which would be the way to do it ?

Congratulations for the EbNaut grabbers

Between 19:58 and 20:28 there was a strong and stable signal on 137490.0 Hz, coming in from west or southwest. However the keying seemed to be in 90° steps instead of 180°, so not decodable. Maybe a problem with a /2 divider in the transmit chain?
