Hello Steinar,Placing two electrodes into sea-water will give a low resistance but no radiation resistance, so the efficiency will be poor. Maybe you own one of the nice islands up there in Norway? A stony mountain sourrounded by sea water and then a loop from the sea to the top of the mountain and then back to the sea.
