DIGITAL switching
Time Division switching using one antenna, two inductors one resonated at MF and one at LF, output from each inductor digitally switched between the two  and fed via one coax cable to a MF BPF and a LF BPF each going to a separate RX for simultaneous monitoring of each band.  This method using a Digital sequential fast switch and BPF filters will achieve the object and give good isolation between Receivers

Easy solution for 2 x RX dual watch
Rhombic antenna or V Beam etc fed to a wide band RF amplifier, output to 2 x Transistor source follower , one to each RX and select frequency as required.
You can also use valves/tubes with Cathode follower outputs to each RX
