Hi David,

Thank you, it is very interesting that so far the only station I had been able to copy is WA4SZE
from -22 to -32dB almost impossible to hear, but no copy of ZF1EJ who is much closer, is ZF1EJ
transmitting or just receiving like me ?

Yes I must improve and I am working on my antenna and thank you for the link of your antenna,
I should have an active antenna shortly up, I will keep you all posted and hope it will improve the
reception. I am eager to try RX on LF as well as MF with a better antenna.

I will keep you all posted, thank you again for your feedback and suggestions are always welcome.

If you take a look at the WSPRnet database, and sort the WA4SZE reports for distance, you
can compare your reports with others at a similar distance and see how well your antenna is performing.

One station you should be able to hear is ZF1EJ.   It looks to be about 600km so should OK from your QTH.

If you don't have any luck with your dipole, a vertical (perhaps 10m of wire on canes or something quick) may be an improvement.
That would need to be tuned at the base with a large coil but a resonant antenna may be better.
