Hi Rob, unfortunately none of the 30 character trials could be decoded here. Correlation of the received waveforms against the known message showed that best Eb/N0 was -2.9 dB for the 4:00 transmission. All other hours were significantly further down and had different phases, so that blind stacking wouldn't have helped either.
