Hi Edgar,

I think you are seeing both VTX India on 18.2 kHz all day, and HWU France 18.3 kHz mostly during darkness over Asia. During the day HWU also shows some fringes from the superposition long and short path. 

HWU seems to be around 20 dB SNR in 200 Hz or 43 dBHz. Stefan could probably reach 2.5 mW EMRP on 17.4 kHz, approximately 83 dB less than HWU. So his signal would arrive at -40 dBHz, requiring 2.8 hours per bit for 0 dB EbN0.
