A bit of an update after overnight run.

The PPS jitter is often dipping down to 17nS which is
the best I've ever seen out of a PPS timing system.
Amazing considering it's just spread out over the bench
in the office so is prey to electrical noise and air
drafts and the GPS antenna has a poor view of the sky.

I don't think its using Galileo right now, only GPS
and GLONASS - there's some settings I have to tweak.

The USB timing messages are giving a bit of a problem,
arriving late and with high jitter which is causing
ntpd to struggle. I've not seen that with any other
u-blox GPS.   I'm investigating that now.
