Hi Rick, VLF'ers
I was about to lose all hope but finally the 8k carrier from Rick has been detected from my system! This should be the first ITA-ITA detection.
I've tried many times without result, also because of strong local noise, but after some test with loop and whip antennas I've recorded this (weak, indeed...) trace.
QRB is about 385 km and a 3/4 of the route are mountains, the spectrogram is a 47uHz on the 40 turn loop.
Thanks to Rick for his fine work, I hope to find soon a low noise place to get better results.
Probably also some better propagation conditions helped me to receive Rick.
Now We'll try for an EbNaut short message, who knows what will happen?

Oggetto: Re: VLF: Carrier on 8270.0025
I'm running another carrier test on 8270.01953125 with about 600 mA
To reach this current, I need about 290W on the PA output, currently
supplied with 62V and 5.5A.
There is a lot of power dissipated by the coil: a cooling fan is
