Hello Dave.
I was just Rxing WSPR on MF and I see your TX signal with
exactly 20 seconds error time. So I change my PC time and now I can give you a
report. You are S9 on my RX S meter and S9 +++ aural. Sure your 5 W EIRP are
doing well HI ! A +30 / +40 dB S/N is a normal value. I use a FT1000MP receiver
with 2.4 kHz mechanical filter and a 2xK9AY broadside antenna system just in
your direction.
For information here, I used Dimension 4 some years ago. It
was performing well on my Windows 7 PC system. Now I have the Windows 8.1 and
Dimension 4 do not works well. Perhaps it is the same problem with Window 10,
but I not tried this. So, now when I turn on my PC I use the time.windows.com to
set a correct time to my PC.
