Indeed yes. Many professionals use a 2-channel sampler built
by a Hungarian company, the VR2 by BL-Electronics.

It has a built-in GPS and samples up to 200k/sec. Connects to a
PC via Ethernet. vlfrx-tools has a program vtvr2 to read data
from these devices. It is based around the ADSP BF532 DSP processor.

Unfortunately the designer Laszlo Bodnar died suddenly in Dec 2012,
and I'm not sure if they're still being made.

Ethernet is the most robust means of connection to the PC, but
needs some sort of SoC in the sampler. A solution using a
Raspberry Pi and something like a CS42448 connected with SPI
and a GPS locked master clock, would do nicely. The Octo card
by Flatmax Studios is almost that, just missing the GPS disciplined
clock.
