After several weeks of monitoring I finally received WSPR from the US 
last night. The 0352 and 0356 transmissions from K3RWR were decoded 
with a SNR of -27 and -26dB at 5920km. Is this the first US to EU on 
this band/mode since the new US licence regime?

My own WSPR transmit project has been delayed due to family illness 
but I still transmit on Opera every night and consistently get good 
reports from EB8ARZ at 2920km.
