Interesting note! I passed that information to him. He did not receive my recent transmission of 8270 Hz, not at all. I already discussed with him about that and we chekced that SL is correctly locked to 1 PPS. But what if he lost GPS reception and uses a (n old) module that gives out PPS even when unlocked to GPS?! That could explain both observations. I also passed that thought to him.
We will see :-)
