there is something here in the spectrogram on your QRG, most probably it is your signal.
See attached spectrum of last night reception in 4 hour of integration starting from 01:00 UTC.

vtnspec says: amplitudes 0 m/p/r: 4.205e-05 4.044e-04 9.617 p-m 11.02 sigma
