decoded by yourselfe. It is extremely close to the limit :-)
2 characters in 9 hours and 4 minutes over a 1990 km land path on the
46 km band in May! Probably beyond of what most amateurs can imagine!
Maybe you can also find the message of 10.May.2017, 3 chars on 6470.1
