Thanks Paul for the fine decode of the quick message! The carrier has been on
continuously from 13:42 until 22 UT, and is now followed
by a slow EbNaut test:
Frequency: 8270.0333333 Hz,
5 characters, 8K19A, 16 bit CRC,
60 s symbols,
start Saturday 2017-03-11 22:00, end Sunday 06:32 UT

The 5 char EbNaut sequence will be repeated 13:00 to 13:42:40. More carrier
thereafter.

After a pushing one leg of the antenna a bit further up, I am now sending a
carrier on 8270.0025 since 12:00 UT. The signal might
be 1 or 2 dB stronger than usual.
Regards,
Markus
