Version 0.7 of ebsynth is available,

 http://abelian.org/ebnaut/ebsynth.shtml

It fixes a few bugs and has options to drive the
PTT via DTR and RTS of a serial port.

During testing I actually managed to get it
to work on a Raspberry Pi Model B generation 2
(the quad core ARMv7-A) using a SD-AUD20101
USB dongle and Raspbian 4.1.19.

Amazingly it ran for 5 hours without dropping a
USB packet, something of a record! But there
was negligible network or other USB traffic to
get in the way. The short period phase noise
was pretty bad but long period was just about
ok. The same dongle on a PC works well.

USB audio on the RPi is a dead loss. I don't
think it will ever be made to work properly.
