SDRSharp  is  probably the  best and  simplest  to install and  run ,  other  is Simon Browns   SDR Console , which is  probably better  in terms of the  DSP , may be a little  more  involved in the  set up , but excellent  results

 

Both  packages  now  offer  the  holy grail ,  that's  multiple  bands ,  multiple  modes  monitoring  from the  same  RF head
