Easy decode from the recording of vlf15 (this is after a stage
of vorbis compression and decompression).

Carrier S/N: 14.75 dB in 45.3 uHz,  -62.7 dB in 2.5kHz.

Interesting.  At 6140 and 8270 your signals at Cumiana vlf15
are usually a few dB weaker than at Todmorden (Cumiana land path
and E-field only).  Not so on this occasion.
