So far 12.1dB in 93uHz, -62.2dB in 2.5kHz, quite a decent signal.

With that signal, I expect an easy decode at about Eb/N0 = 4.5dB.

I cannot work out exactly where your antenna wire runs to
so unable to try calculations.  I can see where one end is
on the IUP building, but not the other end.
