Hello Alan,
The server of blacksheep must have a location somewhere on this planet.
Someone must pay the electric bill. So there must be someone who can be
called admin. Would you agree with me so far?
Do you think it is truely impossible to find him?
BTW in the end of the year it is time to mention that blacksheep was
available without any trouble all the time, at least in principal. It
has done a good job i find, simply copying emails without any kind of
annoying adverts or unwanted signatures etc... :-)

Hi all several members have been complaining about their inability to
post messages to blacksheep. With the assistance of Chris 2E0ILY and
his cooperative hosting site technical help desk, we have confirmed
that his "lock-out" is due to exceeding the spam score on a message
and being flagged as a spammer. It would seem that this state does not
expire nor are subsequent messages even tested. You are still able to
receive the distribution but not post.
As far as I can see this state can only be manually reset by the
(non-existant) admin. The only solution seems to be to re-subscribe
with a different email address. This does mean you will get two copies
of the distribution because being flagged you may not get an
unsubscribe message to the system either.
The spam scoring utility uses statistics to assess the probability a
message is spam, see...
https://www.lifewire.com/bayesian-spam-filtering-1164096
the result is it is likely to make mistakes occasionally. The system
uses path, domain, route (Laurence KL7K could not get in from China)
and message content to derive a score.....so beware a jokey comment
might get you banned :-))
I am sorry we cannot help further on this problem.
