Yes. I had a JT9 QSO with TM77T at 2042 TU. I got exactly all the same
problems as you. Here I was using WSJT-X 170 devel r6466.
So, I do not understand why this call don't works well. Sure that is not a
misconfiguration on your or my side... HI !
TM77T said me two days ago that the call does not works on WSPR2.

just received TM77T, but WSJT-X (all versions 160-170) has problems with
this callsign. The generated messages are wrong. "TM77T DG3LV J" is
generated but this is obviously wrong, it should be "TM77T DG3LV JO53".
The callsign "TM7T" would work...
Don't know what is happening, don't think it is a misconfiguration of
myself. any help ?
