To help Riccardo IW4DXW and Michel F5WK tests, i'm qrv on 137845.000 Hz
with an EbNaut message of 13 characters at 1s/symbol every 30 minutes
starting at .00 and .30.
Transmission will end at 22.00 but most probably will continue for
another 24 hours (if weather permits).
My receiver is also active. It is possible to follow the
