I recorded 8270.025 but my noise level tonight is about 10ft/rt-Hz (too high to see your signal here in Virginia). LWPC (thanks Paul) and natural/cultural noise here suggest that on quiet nights (especially as fall approaches) there may be a chance of an overnight (1900-0900 UT) detection of your few-dB-stronger signal, so I’ll stay tuned.

Since 1 UT I am radiating a test carrier on 8270.0025 Hz from a temporary balloon-supported vertical, so the signal might be a few dB stronger than usual. I'll try to keep it up for a couple of hours but will have to shut down before sunrise.

All the best,
