I use a different idea on LF from 2013

http://136.73.ru/d_pa/d_pa.htm IRAUDAMP7S-150 - abt 200-220W RMS Output on 136 (one ch) at very long beacon's time with abt 90% total efficiency (~220V 50Hz -> 136kHz) now - I use Chinese full analogue ($38 2013) of IRAUDAMP7S http://www.irf.com/reference-designs/design-family/_/N~1njcja#tab-tab2

I do not know how to achieve the very high stability to your ideas
