I'm completely sure I bought the right house for a Ham point of view !

Hm, can't you buy the other building too, and run a wire at 100m AGL?
:-)
Then
the next issue (appart of PA) will be a switching system to be able to
alternate Tx periods in MF and LF. Think it will be doable using small
power
and vacuum relays. It's a pity
to be forced to choose to Tx in only one band
That's a problem of many of us. But there is not really a good solution
if you want to maximise the efficiency of each band. On QRP it may work
but i find it's better to put the effort in the improvement of the
radiated power ;-)
Better to switch manually each few days. Also, during the years here i
have not heard about someone who realised such a serious band switch.
The problem is, you need to switch at HV and the complete arrangement
will have a significant C against ground, which will lower the
efficiency of the whole system. But of course, there ARE solutions,
like a large mechanical switch as used in HV switch gears...
Just my opinion of course.
