nice screenshot. Yes that's Warren: "IL" at the bottom, then "XI" and the "L" just beginning at the top. The frequency scale seems to be a couple of Hz low.

Nothing found last night, but on April 7, I found what looks like  
LXI on about 137.777 kHz. See attachment. 
 
No idea who this is though.
