the carrier is on the air. start 22:00:00 coding 8K19A CRC 16 period 40 length 2 duration 04:05:20:00 Have funUwe/dj8wx PS. rain would stop the transmission automatically. Von: Markus Vester <[email protected]> Gesendet: 24.03.2016 00:00 An: <[email protected]> Betreff: VLF: 8270 March 22 Yesterday afternoon the noise was fairly moderate, and around 18 UT I caught a good dash in 63 uHz, presumably from DJ8WX. I then attempted simulated EbNaut decodes on the carrier, using 1 and 2 character settings and 40 s symbols. Both resulted in valid asterisk messages, with some more margin to spare for the single character. So far I have never decoded a real message on VLF, and I'd be keen to try...
