Just a quick update:
Bill, VE2IQ, just informed me that there was a 0.3 Hz offset in the configuration file. This has been fixed now (offset 0.0 Hz).
File still at http://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/t/8270Hz_QRSSS_4mHz.usr

Note: For smaller bandwidth (a few 10 or 100 uHz) you can easily increase the FFT length or decimation, but without GPS-stabilisation, that doesn't make much sense.
