Laurence, this may be a long shot but I've started WSPR-15 receive 137.6 to .625 kHz.

XPQ Alaska and others will be on syncd' tx  WSPR15 at 15 and 45 mins past the hour on 137 and 475kHz from dusk here 0028z till appz 10z

Ill run WSPR15 and 2  rx on both bands but of course the rx side will take a battering  on wspr 2 whilst on

Hope we see a little better conditions are up here it been a little brutal with no decodes on wspr2 137 last night.
