Yes , things are flying tonight,  the  decoder is  well  sorted out now , only  needs  40% of the  transmission ,   block, or  random along the  time line to  decode , Dynamic  has the  same  40% , well  into  the  noise.  used to be 50% 
 
As long as you take the  Dynamic  spots  via the  server ,  its  simple  ??  = Duff
