Hi Domenico,

for the successful 23 UT decode, error count and symbol EbN0 could be improved by slightly tweaking the time and frequency offsets. Unfortunately, none of the subsequent transmissions (0 UT to 6 UT) decoded here.

Have a nice weekend,

73, Markus (DF6NM)

Bingo! Were getting closer to the threshold... no detectable peak in the squared rawsyms spectrum but an instant decode. Very nice!

I'm off to bed now but data will be saved during the rest of the night.

Good night,
Markus

In fact, impedance transformer was by-passed also.
Now it is fixed. I have driver stage to the variometer through the transformer. Neon lamp lights up more !

Please check next transmission

Thank you.

Dom.

No Markus, i'm not sure now !

The power reduction that i'm now using is the built-in circuit of the PA (ex-marine reserve transmitter): one relais takes the output of the driver stage and
brings it directly to variometer.

To match my antenna it is necessary one transformer before the variometer.  I'm now checking if there is some impedance mis-matching when final stage is by-passed.
So, work in progress.

Domenico
