"PiCW" has 2 nice features:
- frequency calibration against NTP
- soft keying; may be helpful if QRO...

Ist -w 0.0001 possible for
QRSS? I can imagine that -w 1 is the lowest speed!

The speed chain is defined as "double" completely.
See line 968: "const double dot_duration_sec=1.2/wpm;"

So this should work. May be the soft keying constants
need some fine tuning.
