A while ago I made a medium power (~ 50 watts) linear PA for use at LF to MF. Details are here After a discussion about linearity on IMD in switching FET PAs on the RSGBTech Group, I got round to making some intermodulation measurements on that amplifier. Results can be found here Andy G4JNT |
