Unless  its  round   136.500  and  478.500  , in which  case  its  a  Opera  TX  ,looks  similar and  has caused the  odd   post of  'who's this'  with a  set  of  random  letters  ..   decode  with the  Opera  application ,  Markus's   opds   or  both  at the  same  time.
 
.speclab  also gives a  long trace , can  be of  interest, more  so  on  the  higher  bands ,  and  shows  Doppler returns  nicely on vhf

Use,
     Yes, but its often used with short repeating beacon sequences of a couple of letters so it's not a problem.
