News from the 600m WD2XSH coordinator that we can expect a FCC NPRM that covers both 137 and 475kHz soon

"The FCC has just issued an NPRM proposing
secondary amateur allocations at 137 kHz and 472-479 kHz.
This would be secondary to PLCs. More later"
