Hello again Fausto,
I have been listening to 473.3 kHz for a while but can only hear BIA.
I don't have my MF TX set up and there is a 10 GHz omni slot antenna
with downconverter (modified PLL-locked SAT-LNB) with RG-174 coax
hanging in the inverted-L for MF... looks like I'm QRT MF for the
moment.

Confirming very monotonous RTTY right now on 474 kHz.
Good signal here using a low horizontal dipole cut for 9 MHz into
IC-R75 = strong ;-)

Hello Fausto, LF
You have most likely heard RMP / Kaliningrad naval base, they run
RTTY on 474 kHz from time to time. Messages usually end with "RMP"
sent in CW (or maybe actually keying the RTTY tones in CW speed).
RMP is usually strong here on 474 kHz after dark when heard, but I
can not tell if transmissions are regular or more random in nature.
More regularity was observed in their CW transmissions on 583 kHz
(Yes, 583 kHz) at least in the few past years.

Now (18.00 Z) I'm receiving a strong RTTY signal at 474 KHz but,
I can not decode it.
Does anyone know who is?
