just  found this , with  links  to the  DLL's  to  used the  £5/$10  USB dongles 


This  SDR software   has the  ability  to  establish  multiple  RX sessions inside  the  sampled   spectrum    with  discrete  audio  outputs from each session , ie virtual cable , 1 , 2 , 3  etc  . 


One  RF-head  various   channel's  /modes
