Hi Joe and thank-you for the report. The old 100m wire was in use last night and Mother Nature has been merciful, except forthe deep snow and intense cold. Today the RL was raised and tuned despite the challenges MN posed. The Decca is now running on all 3 mods with 3.2 RF amps (this seems a bit low). The RL aerial should have a better pattern to the west so if you're in NA trying to copy, now's your chance (until MN strikes again!) 73 Joe On Sun, 1 Mar 2015, Joe wrote: Hi Joe, Warren weak copy last night but nice signal from Warren (XIL). Did mother nature strike back? Any problems with your antenna? 1377771791.jpg 73 Joe |
