THank-you Joe and also Hartmut Jean-Pierre Jean and Gary for their 
reports.
I've had trouble with the helix for the new aerial so used the old
wire with only 2 amps of RF from 1/3 Decca. Sadly there is still a
problem so I tuned the new wire on 630m.  Now transmitting 40 watts
12 WPM CW and a 5 s carrier.
