Hi LF,
Yes, DLF / 153 kHz is down now. I took a recording of the last 30
minutes of their program. It was done with SpecLab and my small world
receiver (TECSUN PL660).
I was somehow disappointed that they didn't spend the last hour on air
for a review of the history of that transmitter. Obviously they cannot
imagine that some listernes liked the sound of AM and its technique :-/
Now we have to work with (hidden and forgotten) homemade AM
transmitters to generate the sound on 153 kHz ;-)
Anyway, here is the link to the last 30 minutes. They played some bells
in the new year and some dancing music from the 60s (i guess). Actual
closure was 23:28 UTC (00:28 local time)

Yes, Germany is quiet now on
longwave (except 183 kHz Europe-1, blasting away as ever).
Take a look at the background noise
on Stefan's grabber, which has been influenced by nearby Donebach:
The noise dropped only half an hour
late (23:30). Then it came back temporarily from 4 to 6 UT while
we were asleep.
I guess the operators took some
overtime, or just refused to go home after the party ;-)

Hello Markus,
The German Broadcasts are off and I have now an S8 signal from Romania
on
153 khz.
There is a weak carrier on 177 kHz and on 207 there is now a mixture
of
two stations.
The strongest is from Iceland, I guess.
