HI Clemens!
Oh no, the tone pitch 1020Hz is not my favourite. But this value is used in RX Teletron 712. I like more lower tone, approximately  650Hz. 
Well ... good time to go for a walk. The weather here is: sunny, +10°C, windless day :-)
