Certainly transmitting - but where is the carrier? Without GPS lock, the HP source should be OCXO stable anyway? I searched at Forest +/- 0.5Hz now maybe I have found you, 0.1Hz low? The frequency looks very exact not just accidental, strength about right. http://abelian.org/vlf/tmp/141130d.gif I hope to combine Bielefeld and Cumiana rxs for some coherent reception if things hold up.
