Peter Martinez, G3PLX, made me aware that the fourth transmitter in the Russian Alpha Navigation system is currently on air. Indeed dashes from Revda are visible on a colour-df spectrogram in purple colour:
 df6nm.bplaced.net/VLF/Alpha/Alpha-four-stations_insert-g3plx.jpg.
Revda is also active on it's dedicated extra frequency 12.090773 kHz (F4 = 15625 / 21 * 16.25 Hz), mentioned on

I notice today that the Russian Alpha (RSDN20) transmitter at Revda is on the air. I thought it had closed down.

I mention it in case you can pass it on to others interested.
