Ok thanks... the spectrogram looks horrible indeed. But the constant line in the middle looks familiar (at 690 Hz) :

Hi Andy,

Thanks for receiving in WSPR.. I will turn on the tx (with a low duty cycle) now, on the "lower end" of the WSPR window.
There's a lot of QRN here, and an almost complete lack of CW activity so I will give it a try.
