May be not  Jan,,

A  narrow  pass  band  filter  would  cause  the  s/n to  be reported  as 
better  than  is , as  Op is  normalised  against   2.4 K ssb   b/w  .  no 
other  decodes  are showing either  ?
Hopefully  we  get  the story  soon  ..

See  what  happens  tonight ,  may  be  a few  more  stations  trying  later 
!
