Hello VLF!
Interesting screenshots on my VLF grabber http://rn3aus.narod.ru/VLF/index.html.
Selective fadings are varies from night to night:
05-06 August:
http://rn3aus.narod.ru/VLF/vlf-wide-capt85-selfad.bmp
http://rn3aus.narod.ru/VLF/vlf-wide-capt86-selfad-rise.bmp
We can see 3 beams with delay abt 0.17 ms, 0.5 ms and 3 ms.
3 ms = 900 km!
06-07 August:
http://rn3aus.narod.ru/VLF/vlf-wide-capt92-selfad.bmp
http://rn3aus.narod.ru/VLF/vlf-wide-capt93-selfad-rise.bmp
3 beams 0.33 ms, 1 ms and 2 ms...

Doppler shift also can be explained as result of reflection from moving
terminator (the grey line).
